APS Pension Services, Inc. is a full service, Third Party Administration firm established in 1977.  APS employs five plan consultants, a paralegal who prepares all plan documents, and seven plan administrators including an actuary who oversees the administration services.  In addition, they employ several support staff including our client service team.  Through their subsidiary, APS Investment Management, they provide 3(21) and 3(38) ERISA fiduciary services to 401(k) and 403(b) plans in accordance with Department of Labor guidelines.
